Complete Aquamation Machine Installation Guide: From Layout to Utilities
As a professional manufacturer and supplier of Pet Aquamation machines, we understand that a successful installation isn’t just about the technology — it’s about ensuring your facility is fully prepared with the right layout, utilities, and safety protocols. This guide walks you through everything you need to set up your aquamation unit, from room planning to power and plumbing requirements.
1. Choosing the Ideal Installation Site
Select a space that is well-ventilated, dry, and has easy access to water lines and drainage. The installation area should be separated from public or client-facing zones to maintain hygiene and privacy.
Layout Checklist:
- Minimum area of 12m² for a small unit
- Reinforced flooring to support the machine and water weight
- Safe distance from reception or waiting areas
Proper airflow or an exhaust fan system
2. Electrical Requirements
Aquamation systems use heating and automated water circulation, so a stable power supply is essential. Most machines require:
- Electrical load: 7,000 – 10,000 watts
- Voltage: 220V (compatible with Asia)
- Grounding: Mandatory for operator safety
We recommend installing a dedicated power line for the machine to avoid interference with other equipment.
3. Water Inlet and Waste Outlet
The aquamation process requires clean water and discharges a neutralized liquid. Your plumbing system should include:
- Inlet: Connected to a clean water supply
- Outlet: Connected to a septic system or approved drainage
- Optional filter: For areas with hard or mineral-heavy water
All piping should be heat- and pressure-resistant.
4. Safety and Sanitation Standards
To protect staff and ensure hygienic operations, the facility should include:
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) on site
- Fire and emergency exit plan
- Anti-slip flooring
- Optional: Surveillance camera, overheat alarm
5. Trial Run and Certification
Once the machine is installed, our technical team will conduct a full-day test run to ensure everything is functioning. We also provide official operation certification and offer staff training (onsite or remote).
